We will initially deliver straight from our farms to your home (or other location you request) in the following States and Counties.

Washington, District of Columbia.

Virginia, in the following counties:

·         Culpepper

·         FairFax County

·         Fauquier

·         Loudon County

·         Prince William County

·         Rappahannock

·         Stafford

·         Warren

We hope to add other delivery locations to our delivery schedule soon, depending on interest (please let us know)

Initially, we deliver every other week on Tuesday (later increasing to include other days of the week, every week), as follows.

We will send you an email to let you know what day and approximate time we will be there.  You may want to email us if you prefer certain times.

We will deliver our meats frozen or chilled (if requested and available) and produce and fruits refrigerated.

Because most of our goods are perishable, we expect you to be home to receive shipment.  Please have a check ready for the balance. Or you can instruct us to leave your delivery in a cooler at your doorsteps (at your risk) (please leave us a check in the cooler for the balance). 

If we are out of stock of a certain product we will let you know as soon as possible and allow you to order a replacement or cancel that part of the order.

Delivery fees are calculated based on delivery location and the amount ordered.  The more your order, the less you will pay for delivery. Orders over a certain amount (as indicated by your shopping cart) will be free.

In the future, we may add certain centrally located drop-off points.

If you prefer, you can pick up your order from our farm store in Sperryville, VA (open this fall) and we will not charge you a delivery fee and give you a 5% discount.

Please note that we are charging the bare minimum for deliveries and are delivering as an extra service to our patrons.  Delivering from our farms to your home takes a lot of time, as we are sure you will appreciate.
