Refunds and Return Policy
We Guarantee the Locality and Quality of all Our Meats, Produce and other Products. All of our products are raised or grown in Rappahannock, VA or surrounding counties or produced from local products.We Guarantee that Your Product Will Arrive in Wholesome Condition. Your meat will arrive from Rappahannock Natural Foods Cooperative frozen or chilled (upon special request when available). Produce and fruit will be delivered refrigerated.
We Guarantee that You Will Get What You Order. We work hard to ensure your order is selected and shipped correctly. If an item is out of stock or not available in a reasonable amount of time, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to cancel your order.
We Ask You to Notify Us of Problems by the Next Business Day. We hope you will be very satisfied with our products and service and that you will become a long-term patron of our Co-Op. But, if we fail to live up to any aspect of our guarantee, we will be happy to replace your order or refund your money, provided you notify us by email at Sales@RNF.COOP the next business day after receipt of your order. Please, do not return any products.
In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by Rappahannock Natural Foods Cooperative. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded.
